INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

• If you placed an order with the wrong shipping information, please email us as soon as possible. 
• If you received a tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address.

MY PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT IS NOT IN MY MAILBOX.

• If your order is marked as delivered, please allow two to three business days. Sometimes items will arrive a few days later.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We do ship outside of the USA.
• If you are interested in any of our items, please send over an email with the full shipping address and items you are interested in, to receive pricing.
• Please note that international shipping can take up to 30 days or more in transit. We are not responsible for any fees charged by customs and the post office. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP AND ARRIVE?

• All items are shipped with the United States Post Office.
• We are currently shipping all items except stickers under First Class Mail. 
• Stickers are mailed under Letter Mail which will take up to 5 or more business days.
• If you would prefer a faster transit option, please email us for shipping pricing before purchasing.
• All items are made to order, items are shipped out within 1-5 business days on Monday - Friday. Days in transit are an additional 3-5 business days for first class mail. 
• Delays may occur during the holidays.

WILL I RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING?

• Free shipping after a purchase of $35 or more on all United States orders. 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

• Tracking numbers are included for all first class items.
• Stickers are mailed under Letter Mail and will not have a tracking number.
